No:46 \u0130\u00e7 Kap\u0131 No:38 \u00dcsk\u00fcdar \/ \u0130stanbul<br\/>Phone: +90 216 706 18 40<br\/>Email: <a>bonymodels@gmail.com<\/a>  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>BUYER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>A real or legal person who places an order via the bonymodels.com website.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 2 \u2013 Subject of the Agreement<\/h2>\n\n<p>The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER&#8217;s website <strong>bonymodels.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 3 \u2013 Product Information<\/h2>\n\n<p>The type, quantity, brand\/model, and sales price of the purchased products are as specified on the order page.<\/p>\n\n<p>During the order process, product information, shipping costs, and the total payment amount are displayed to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 4 \u2013 Delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p>Products are delivered by cargo to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order.<\/p>\n\n<p>Orders are normally <strong>shipped within 1-3 business days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The delivery period can under no circumstances <strong>exceed 30 days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 5 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n<p>The BUYER may exercise their <strong>right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The product to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in a resalable condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing or via email of their intent to withdraw.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 6 \u2013 Return<\/h2>\n\n<p>If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is sent back to the SELLER.<\/p>\n\n<p>After the returned product reaches the SELLER, the payment is refunded to the BUYER <strong>within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>In return transactions made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is <strong>borne by the BUYER.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 7 \u2013 Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised<\/h2>\n\n<p>The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>products custom-made for the individual<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products with opened packaging that are not resalable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 8 \u2013 Default<\/h2>\n\n<p>In cases where the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the provisions of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank shall apply.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 9 \u2013 Authorized Court<\/h2>\n\n<p>In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Article 10 \u2013 Effectiveness<\/h2>\n\n<p>The BUYER declares that by making the payment for the order placed through the site, they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PRE-INFORMATION FORM This pre-information form has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
