Delivery
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the buyer’s region.
The legal delivery period cannot exceed 30 days.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing or via email within this period.
Protection of Personal Data
The BUYER accepts that the personal data shared during order processing may be processed within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and acknowledges having read the Privacy and KVKK Policy text in this regard.
Order Confirmation
The BUYER accepts and declares that by confirming the order, they undertake a payment obligation.
DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
Article 1 – Parties
This agreement has been concluded between the following parties.

BUYER
A real or legal person who places an order via the bonymodels.com website.
Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER’s website bonymodels.com.
Article 3 – Product Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, and sales price of the purchased products are as specified on the order page.
During the order process, product information, shipping costs, and the total payment amount are displayed to the buyer.
Article 4 – Delivery
Products are delivered by cargo to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order.
Orders are normally shipped within 1-3 business days.
The delivery period can under no circumstances exceed 30 days.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The product to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be:
- unused
- undamaged
- in a resalable condition
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing or via email of their intent to withdraw.
Article 6 – Return
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is sent back to the SELLER.
After the returned product reaches the SELLER, the payment is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.
In return transactions made under the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is borne by the BUYER.
Article 7 – Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- products custom-made for the individual
- Products not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons
- products with opened packaging that are not resalable
Article 8 – Default
In cases where the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the provisions of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank shall apply.
Article 9 – Authorized Court
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
Article 10 – Effectiveness
The BUYER declares that by making the payment for the order placed through the site, they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
