Delivery

Damaged Product
If the product is found to be damaged upon delivery, a report must be filed with the courier.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may return the product within 14 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
The product to be returned must:

- be in its original packaging
- be sent with all its accessories
Return Process
After a return request is created, the product is sent to the seller.
Once the product reaches the seller, the payment will be refunded within 14 days.
